1. Provider and service

Your contracting party is Novo Valores S.A., Paraguay. ASU Property provides property information, comparison tools and algorithmic project advice. Advisory access costs USD 19 per month and renews monthly until cancelled.

2. Payment, renewal and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment customer service and handles returns. Paddle Buyer Terms also apply: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds may be requested within 30 days through paddle.net. Access can be cancelled anytime through the customer portal; paid access remains available until the end of the billing period.

3. Use and responsibility

You must not use the service unlawfully or fraudulently, infringe third-party rights, interfere with security, introduce malware or scrape the portal. Account credentials must be kept confidential.

Recommendations use your answers and project information available as of the stated date. They are not legal, tax, financial or technical advice. Confirm prices, availability and specifications with the provider.

4. Rights, availability and termination

Software, text, design and brands remain owned by Novo Valores S.A. or their respective owners. You receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the service during your access period.

Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risks. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
