ASU Property is an information portal for real estate and new developments in Asunción, Paraguay. Novo Valores S.A. collects, organises and presents project information and enables visitors to send voluntary enquiries to the relevant provider.

Unless expressly stated for a specific offer, Novo Valores S.A. is not a real estate broker, seller, landlord, developer or party to a property contract. Contact made through the portal does not create a property-related contract with Novo Valores S.A.

Project information and liability

Project information comes from publicly available sources and information supplied by developers or their representatives. Prices, availability, areas, dates and specifications may change. All information must be confirmed directly with the relevant provider before making a decision.

We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and current, but, to the extent permitted by law, do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Some links lead to third-party websites. Their operators are responsible for their content, privacy practices and availability. Maps are provided for orientation and may not represent exact property or project boundaries.

Copyright and corrections

ASU Property's texts, design and original content may only be used as permitted by law. Images, brands, brochures and project documents may be protected by rights held by developers or other rights holders.

The service is provided from Paraguay. Applicable Paraguayan rules on electronic commerce and consumer protection include Law No. 4868/2013 and Law No. 1334/1998. Mandatory user and consumer rights remain unaffected.
